Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of xrp3d.ai, a product of 3Dimensions.studio operated by TokenCanvasIO, based in Guernsey, Channel Islands ("we," "us," "our," or "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

2. Permitted Use

You may use xrp3d.ai to:

• Convert your own original images into 3D models
• Convert images for which you have explicit permission or rights
• Generate 3D models for personal, commercial, or educational purposes
• Mint NFTs of your generated 3D models on the XRP Ledger
• Download and use your generated 3D models in accordance with our Terms
• Share your generated models on social media or portfolios

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 Illegal Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation imagery
• Content that violates any local, national, or international law
• Counterfeit currency, documents, or identification
• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or illegal drugs
• Stolen intellectual property or trade secrets

3.2 Infringing Content

• Copyrighted images without permission (e.g., movie stills, professional photography)
• Trademarked logos or branded products without authorization
• Licensed characters or designs (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Pokémon)
• Patented designs or protected industrial designs
• Celebrity likenesses without consent (right of publicity violations)

3.3 Harmful or Offensive Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Hate speech, discriminatory symbols, or extremist content
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening imagery
• Doxxing or privacy-violating content

3.4 Deceptive Content

• Deepfakes or manipulated images intended to deceive
• Fraudulent documents or certificates
• Misleading medical or health-related imagery
• Content designed to impersonate others

3.5 Private or Sensitive Information

• Government-issued IDs, passports, or driver's licenses
• Credit cards, bank statements, or financial documents
• Medical records or health information
• Private communications without consent
• Biometric data (fingerprints, iris scans) without authorization

3.6 AI Training & Competitive Use

You may NOT use our Service to:

• Generate training data for competing AI models
• Reverse engineer our 3D generation process
• Bulk download models for machine learning purposes
• Create datasets for commercial AI model development
• Extract or scrape generated models systematically
• Build competing 3D generation services using our outputs

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 System Abuse

You may NOT:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Overwhelm our servers with excessive requests (rate limiting applies)
• Attempt to bypass payment systems or use stolen payment methods
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized access or benefit
• Share account credentials or resell Service access

4.2 Intellectual Property Violations

You may NOT:

• Upload images you do not own or have permission to use
• Generate 3D models of copyrighted artwork, sculptures, or designs
• Mint NFTs of content that infringes third-party rights
• Claim ownership of AI-generated models derived from others' copyrighted work
• Remove watermarks or attribution from source images before uploading

4.3 Fraudulent Use

You may NOT:

• Use stolen credit cards or payment information
• Request chargebacks after receiving completed 3D models
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in NFT wash trading or market manipulation

4.4 Harmful Conduct

You may NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff, users, or partners
• Use the Service to stalk, dox, or intimidate individuals
• Create 3D models intended to defame or harm others
• Coordinate attacks or brigading against other users
• Impersonate TokenCanvasIO, xrp3d.ai, or our representatives

5. Content Moderation

5.1 Automated Screening

We employ automated systems to detect prohibited content, including:

• Image hash matching against known CSAM databases
• AI-based content classification for NSFW/violent imagery
• Copyright detection for well-known trademarked content
• Suspicious upload pattern analysis

5.2 Manual Review

We reserve the right to:

• Manually review flagged uploads before processing
• Request additional verification for ambiguous content
• Delay generation pending content review
• Retain uploaded images for up to 30 days for safety investigations

5.3 User Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this AUP on our platform or minted as NFTs, report it to: support@xrp3d.ai

Include:

• URL or Job ID of the violating content
• Description of the violation
• Your relationship to the content (if copyright claim)

6. Consequences of Violations

6.1 Warning

First-time minor violations may result in:

• Warning email explaining the violation
• Removal of violating content
• Temporary generation restrictions

6.2 Suspension

Moderate or repeat violations may result in:

• Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
• Revocation of NFT minting privileges
• Forfeiture of unused credits (no refunds)
• Requirement to complete identity verification

6.3 Permanent Ban

Severe violations result in immediate permanent ban, including:

• CSAM, violent extremism, or illegal content
• Repeat copyright infringement after DMCA notices
• Fraud, chargebacks, or payment manipulation
• Attempts to hack or compromise our systems
• Coordinated abuse or ban evasion

Permanent bans include:

• Account termination with no refunds
• IP and wallet address blacklisting
• Reporting to law enforcement (if applicable)
• DMCA counter-notification rights revoked

6.4 Legal Action

We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for:

• Criminal activity (CSAM, fraud, hacking)
• Significant financial harm or payment fraud
• Defamation or intentional business interference
• Violations causing regulatory or legal liability

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission for all uploaded images
• Your use does not infringe any third-party rights
• You have obtained necessary model releases for identifiable people
• You have rights to commercially exploit generated 3D models and NFTs

7.2 DMCA Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright holders may submit takedown requests to: support@xrp3d.ai

Required information:

• Identification of copyrighted work
• Location of infringing content (Job ID or NFT ID)
• Your contact information and signature
• Statement of good faith belief

7.3 Repeat Infringer Policy

Users with three or more validated DMCA takedowns will have their accounts permanently terminated under our repeat infringer policy.

8. NFT-Specific Rules

8.1 Minting Restrictions

When minting NFTs on the XRP Ledger, you agree:

• NOT to mint NFTs of copyrighted or infringing content
• NOT to mint NFTs with misleading metadata or descriptions
• NOT to mint duplicate NFTs to artificially inflate scarcity
• To accurately represent NFT ownership and licensing terms

8.2 Blockchain Permanence

8.3 Marketplace Conduct

If using TokenCanvas or other XRP NFT marketplaces:

• No wash trading or fake volume generation
• No misleading listings or rug-pull schemes
• No plagiarism of other creators' 3D models
• Disclose AI-generation method in NFT metadata

10. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding:

• Terrorism or violent extremism content
• Fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
• Court orders, subpoenas, or legal requests

We may preserve and disclose user data when legally required or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
