Xaman Wallet Setup

To use the NFT + Arweave tier, you'll need a wallet such as Xaman, Crossmark, or GemWallet. Basic and Standard tiers do not require a wallet.

Step 1: Download Xaman

Open the Xaman app
Choose "Create a new account"
Write down your recovery phrase (keep it safe!)
Set a 6-digit PIN

Step 3: Add XRP

You'll need to:

Activate your wallet (minimum 1 XRP reserve)
Add enough XRP for your purchase ($9.99 worth for NFT + Arweave)
Add extra for NFT reserve (~2 XRP per NFT)
Buy from an exchange or use Xaman's on-ramp feature

Step 4: Connect to XRP3D.ai

Click "Connect Wallet" on our site
Scan the QR code with Xaman (desktop)
Or tap the notification (mobile)
Approve the connection

Security Note

We never ask for your recovery phrase or PIN. Xaman handles all payments securely. We only request payment approval through the official Xaman app.

Transferring Your NFT

To send your NFT to another wallet:

Open Xaman wallet
Go to Collectibles
Select your 3D model NFT
Tap "Send"
Enter recipient's XRP address
Confirm transaction

Troubleshooting

Solutions to common issues you might encounter.

Upload Issues

✗ "File too large"

Solution: Compress your image or reduce resolution. Maximum size is 10MB.

✗ "Invalid file format"

Solution: Convert to PNG or JPG. Only image files are supported (no PDFs, videos, or documents).

Payment Issues

✗ Payment declined (Basic or Standard tier)

Solution: PayPal payment declined. Try a different payment method or check with PayPal. Alternatively, pay with RLUSD via SoundBip.

✗ "Insufficient XRP balance" (NFT + Arweave tier)

Solution: Add more XRP to your wallet. You need: base reserve (1 XRP) + payment amount ($9.99 worth) + NFT reserve (~2 XRP).

✗ Wallet won't connect (NFT + Arweave tier)

Solution: Make sure you've approved the connection in your wallet (Xaman, Crossmark, or GemWallet). Try refreshing the page and reconnecting.

Generation Issues

✗ "Generation failed"

Possible causes:

Image quality too low
Subject too complex or unclear
Technical processing error

Solution: Try a different image. If problem persists, contact support at support@xrp3d.ai

✗ Taking longer than expected

Normal time: 2-5 minutes
Solution: Don't close the page. Complex images may take up to 5 minutes. NFT minting adds 30-60 seconds (NFT tiers).

Download Issues

✗ Can't download model

Solution: Check your browser's download settings. Try a different browser. Some ad blockers interfere with downloads.

✗ File won't open

Solution: Make sure you have software that supports GLB files. Try opening in Blender (free) or an online viewer.

NFT Issues (NFT tiers only)

✗ NFT not appearing in wallet

Solution: Check your wallet under "Collectibles" or "Pending Offers". You may need to accept the NFT offer (it's free, but requires a small transaction fee).

✗ Can't access model from Arweave

Solution: Wait a few minutes for propagation. Try different gateways:
