Our costs include AI generation, blockchain storage (IPFS/Arweave), payment processing, and infrastructure. Commission is paid in XRP equivalent at current market rate.

The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program with forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
Self-Referral Fraud
Using your own referral link to make purchases for yourself or creating multiple wallets to generate fake sales.

Fair Policy: We allow up to 3 same-IP purchases for legitimate in-person demos. After that, commissions from matching IPs are blocked. This protects honest affiliates while stopping abuse.
Cookie Stuffing
Automatically setting affiliate cookies without user interaction, using iframes, or hidden links.
Brand Bidding
Bidding on "XRP3D" or "XRP3D.ai" branded keywords in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Trademark Infringement
Using "XRP3D.ai" or related trademarks in domain names, misleading as official representative.
Spam & Unsolicited Messages
Sending unsolicited emails, SMS, or messages promoting your referral link.
False or Misleading Claims
Making exaggerated claims, guaranteeing results, or misrepresenting the service.
Incentivized Traffic

Affiliate Agreement
By participating in the XRP3D.ai Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you and TokenCanvasIO, operating 3Dimensions.studio and XRP3D.ai, based in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
1. Program Participation
1.1 Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a valid XRP wallet address (Xaman)
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at our discretion
1.2 Account Registration
- One affiliate account per person/entity
- Tier assigned at registration (Founder/Pioneer/Standard based on availability)
- You are responsible for maintaining wallet security
- You must provide accurate information
- We may verify your identity at any time
2. Commission & Payment
2.1 Commission Structure
- Commission rates: Founder (50%), Pioneer (40%), Standard (30%)
- Founder & Pioneer rates locked forever for those affiliates
- Standard rate subject to change with 30 days notice based on market conditions
- Commissions based on current profit margins and operational costs
- We reserve the right to adjust rates for future affiliates based on business sustainability
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payments made in XRP only
- Sent to your registered Xaman wallet address
- Automated payout within ~30 seconds of sale confirmation
- No minimum payout threshold
- You are responsible for any taxes on earned income
- Commission calculated on USD sale price, paid in XRP equivalent at current market rate
2.3 Rate Protection
- Founder affiliates (first 250): 50% rate locked forever, never reduced
- Pioneer affiliates (251-500): 40% rate locked forever, never reduced
- Standard affiliates: 30% current rate, may adjust with 30 days notice
- Your tier is determined at registration and does not change
2.4 Refunds & Chargebacks
- If a customer receives a refund, commission will be deducted from future earnings
- If you have insufficient future earnings, we reserve the right to reclaim commission
- Excessive refund/chargeback rates may result in program removal
3. Referral Tracking
3.1 Attribution
- 90-day cookie duration from last click
- Last-click attribution model
- Self-referrals not eligible for commission
- Your commission tier rate applies to all sales you refer
- Tracking accuracy not guaranteed but commercially reasonable
3.2 Tracking Disputes
- We are the sole arbiter of tracking disputes
- Commission may be adjusted or revoked if fraud is suspected
- Technical issues may occasionally result in missed attribution
4. Marketing Guidelines
4.1 Permitted Promotion
- You may use our provided marketing materials
- You may create original content reviewing or discussing XRP3D.ai
- You must disclose affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines
- You may use social media, blogs, videos, and organic content
4.2 Prohibited Promotion
- All activities listed in "Prohibited Activities" section above
- Misrepresenting service capabilities or guarantees
- Using XRP3D.ai trademarks without permission
- Paid search bidding on branded keywords
5. Intellectual Property
- XRP3D.ai, 3Dimensions.studio, and TokenCanvasIO are our trademarks
- Limited license granted to use our name/logo for promotional purposes only
- You may not register domains containing our trademarks
- You may not create derivative works of our branding
- License terminates immediately upon program termination
6. Term & Termination
6.1 Term
- Agreement effective upon registration, continues indefinitely until terminated
- Your tier rate is locked at time of registration (Founder/Pioneer)
6.2 Termination by You
- You may terminate at any time by ceasing promotion and notifying us
- Unpaid commissions will be forfeited after 90 days of inactivity
6.3 Termination by Us
- We may terminate your account at any time for any reason
- Immediate termination for prohibited activities
- Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if terminated for cause
- Your locked-in rate ends upon termination
7. Liability & Warranties
7.1 No Warranties
- Program provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or tracking accuracy
- Commission rates for new affiliates may change based on market conditions
- Standard tier rates subject to adjustment with notice
7.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability limited to unpaid commissions owed
- Not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages
- You indemnify us against claims arising from your promotion
7.3 Rate Change Disclaimer
- Commission rates based on profit margins and operational viability
- We reserve the right to adjust Standard tier rates or create new tiers
- Founder & Pioneer rates contractually locked and exempt from changes
- Changes communicated 30 days in advance when feasible
8. General Provisions
8.1 Modification
- We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice
- Founder & Pioneer commission rates protected from reduction
- Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes
8.2 Governing Law
- Governed by laws of Guernsey, Channel Islands
- Disputes resolved in Guernsey courts
8.3 Independent Contractor
- You are an independent contractor, not employee or partner
- No authority to bind or represent us

8.4 Entire Agreement
- This agreement, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement

Is my commission rate guaranteed?
Yes if you're Founder or Pioneer - your rate is locked in forever and will never be reduced. Standard tier (30%) may be adjusted based on market conditions with 30 days notice.
Is there a minimum payout?
No! You get paid on every single sale. There's no minimum threshold. Commissions are sent instantly in XRP after each purchase.
How long does the cookie last?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and purchases within 90 days, you earn commission at YOUR tier rate. The cookie refreshes with each click of your link.
Can I promote using paid ads?
Yes, but you cannot bid on branded keywords like "XRP3D" or "XRP3D.ai" in search ads. Generic keywords (like "AI 3D generator") are fine.
Do I earn on all three pricing tiers?
Yes! You earn your tier's commission rate whether the customer buys File Only ($7.99), NFT+IPFS ($7.49), or NFT+Arweave ($9.99). Your earnings vary by product price and your tier.
Can I use my referral link for myself?
No. Self-referrals are not allowed and are automatically detected. Attempting this will result in program termination.
What if the customer gets a refund?
We don't offer refunds, but if a payment is reversed or charged back, the commission will be deducted from your future earnings.
Can I change my referral code?
Yes! You can customize your referral code in your dashboard. Choose something memorable like your name or brand.
How do I track my performance?
Your affiliate dashboard shows real-time stats: total sales, earnings, pending commissions, your tier, and individual transaction history.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Founder/Pioneer?
No. Your tier is permanently assigned when you first register. Once Founder and Pioneer spots are filled, they cannot be claimed. This is why early registration is valuable.
Are there any marketing materials available?

Can I refer international customers?
Absolutely! XRP3D.ai works worldwide. Commissions are paid in XRP regardless of the customer's location.
Do I need to report earnings for taxes?
