5-Level Commission Chain
Beyond your direct referral commission, you also earn from affiliates that your referrals recruit — up to 5 levels deep. When anyone in your chain makes a sale, everyone above them (up to 5 levels) earns a percentage.

Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated on profit, not revenue:
Commission = (Sale Price - Our Costs) × 40%Example: For a $9.99 NFT+Arweave sale with ~$2.00 in costs, profit is ~$8.00. An affiliate (40%) earns $3.20 (40% of $8.00 profit), not $4.00 (40% of $9.99 revenue). Chain commissions (L2-L5) are also calculated on the same profit amount.
Our costs include AI generation, blockchain storage (IPFS/Arweave), payment processing, and infrastructure. Commission is paid in XRP equivalent at current market rate.

Fair Policy: We allow up to 3 same-IP purchases for legitimate in-person demos. After that, commissions from matching IPs are blocked. This protects honest affiliates while stopping abuse.
Cookie Stuffing
Automatically setting affiliate cookies without user interaction, using iframes, or hidden links.
Brand Bidding
Bidding on "XRP3D" or "XRP3D.ai" branded keywords in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Trademark Infringement
Using "XRP3D.ai" or related trademarks in domain names, misleading as official representative.
Spam & Unsolicited Messages
Sending unsolicited emails, SMS, or messages promoting your referral link.
False or Misleading Claims
Making exaggerated claims, guaranteeing results, or misrepresenting the service.
Incentivized Traffic

Affiliate Agreement
By participating in the XRP3D.ai Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you and Lazy Jack Limited, operating XRP3D.ai, based in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
1. Program Participation
1.1 Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a valid XRP wallet (Xaman, Crossmark, or GemWallet)
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at our discretion
1.2 Account Registration
- One affiliate account per person/entity
- You are responsible for maintaining wallet security
- You must provide accurate information
- We may verify your identity at any time
2. Commission & Payment
2.1 Commission Structure
- All affiliates earn 40% commission on profit
- Chain commissions: L2 5%, L3 3%, L4 2%, L5 1%
- Commissions based on current profit margins and operational costs
- We reserve the right to adjust rates based on business sustainability with 30 days notice
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payments made in XRP only
- Sent to your registered XRP wallet address
- Automated payout within ~30 seconds of sale confirmation
- No minimum payout threshold
- You are responsible for any taxes on earned income

2.3 Refunds & Chargebacks
- If a customer receives a refund, commission will be deducted from future earnings

- Excessive refund/chargeback rates may result in program removal
3. Referral Tracking

4.2 Prohibited Promotion
- All activities listed in "Prohibited Activities" section above
- Misrepresenting service capabilities or guarantees
- Using XRP3D.ai trademarks without permission

5. Intellectual Property
- XRP3D.ai and Lazy Jack Limited are our trademarks
- Limited license granted to use our name/logo for promotional purposes only
- You may not register domains containing our trademarks
- You may not create derivative works of our branding
- License terminates immediately upon program termination
6. Term & Termination

- Agreement effective upon registration, continues indefinitely until terminated
6.2 Termination by You
- You may terminate at any time by ceasing promotion and notifying us
- Unpaid commissions will be forfeited after 90 days of inactivity
6.3 Termination by Us
- We may terminate your account at any time for any reason
- Immediate termination for prohibited activities
- Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if terminated for cause
7. Liability & Warranties
7.1 No Warranties
- Program provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or tracking accuracy
- Commission rates may change based on market conditions with 30 days notice
7.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability limited to unpaid commissions owed
- Not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages
- You indemnify us against claims arising from your promotion
7.3 Rate Change Disclaimer
- Commission rates based on profit margins and operational viability
- We reserve the right to adjust rates with 30 days notice
- Changes communicated in advance when feasible
8. General Provisions
8.1 Modification
- We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice
